Residential swimming pool with RicoRock faux rock mini cave waterfall.

There’s nothing like a pool with a waterfall and cave to make you feel like you’re on vacation. The good news is, you don’t need a resort-sized pool to get this experience – you can upgrade your new or existing pool with RicoRock’s component mini cave system.

This Texas residential pool, features one of our faux rock component mini caves. This waterfall was built by Surfside Pools, a Laguna Vista, Texas-based company.

RicoRock’s component mini cave system is the perfect way to create a pool with a waterfall and cave. It transforms any property into a resort-style space and comes with a variety of columns and wall sections. There is also a nine-foot grotto assembly available that is designed for a six-foot-wide pool seat.

RicoRock’s component mini cave system, (as well as all of our caves and grottos, for that matter,) are designed to last the lifetime of your pool. Our products are made of a dense concrete mix that can easily withstand salt systems and pool chemicals (but keep in mind, extremely acidic water can cause concrete surfaces to deteriorate). They’re also safe for your kids (and you) to climb on.

It’s important to note that this mini cave system is not a DIY project. It’s a structural product and requires experience with steel-reinforced concrete for proper installation. Keep in mind that building codes vary from place to place, and some cities might require wet stamped plans.
