Mad River Pools is installing our Loveseat Grotto in limestone, the default color. This grotto is a great choice for homeowners who want a cozy, intimate spot to relax under the calming sound of falling water. The seat itself is just the right size to cozy up with a significant other and steal a few moments of peace together behind a sheet of water.
RicoRock’s loveseat grotto is part of our Structural Grottos product line, which does require some masonry know-how to install. That’s why we suggest working with expert contractors, like Mad River Pools, to have one of your RicoRock grotto kits installed.
Made with cast concrete rock pieces and a steel reinforced concrete core, it is sturdy and safe. The waterfall fits a 3-4 ft wide pool seat and can be customized to fit the pool’s radius or corner—which, as you can see in the video, is what Mad River Pools has done for their client. Two side boulders, included in the kit, can be rotated when installed, to ensure the grotto blends flawlessly with your poolside. The extra boulder also helps connect the whole thing visually to the poolside!
